Knopf Doubleday Finalists for 2016 National Book Awards

The finalists for the 2016 Book Awards were announced and two were published by Knopf Doubleday. Colson Whitehead’s THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD is a finalist in fiction and BLOOD IN THE WATER, the first definitive account of the 1971 Attica prison uprising, was named a finalist for nonfiction.
