Nell McShane Wulfhart

Nell McShane Wulfhart invented the job of “decision coach” in 2013 and has been doing it ever since. She’s helped people decide where to live, whether they should make a career change, whether to have kids, whether to get a divorce, what to name their baby, whether to remove a tattoo, whether to take a job offer—and pretty much anything else you can think of. Someone once hired her to help them decide what color to paint their kitchen; another to help them to decide which book idea to pursue. She’s coached politicians, Olympic athletes, Netflix execs, hedge fund managers, students, poets, parents, and more.
