Finally, Mr. Wishing brings home another fish, Flipper, and Skipper is happy as can be!
Irma Wilde (1907-1991) wrote and illustrated many picture books during the 1950s and 1960s. Many of her books were done in collaboration with her husband, illustrator George Wilde.
