Joseph D'Agnese is a freelance writer who has written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, This Old House, and many other magazines and newspapers. He has been published extensively in Discover, and also in Seed and Wired, and was twice named to the annual anthology, Best American Science Writing. He's the author of a children's picture book, Blockhead: The Life of Fibonacci.
