STEPHEN M. MAPLE is an associate professor and director of the Legal Assistant Program in the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis.  A law professor since 1975, Maple also maintains an active private practice specializing in small businesses.  A newspaper writer and columnist, Maple is also the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide® to Wills and Estates.
