Franco Scardino

Franco Scardino has taught American history as well as AP U.S. goverment and politics for nine years at the New York City Department of Education. Scardino also spearheaded Project Citizen: How Can I Affect Public Policy?, a hands-on study of a public policy and what it takes to change it, and the Federal Reserve Project, a student research project on the federal interest rate policies and how they effect the economy.
