Elly Both

Elly Both (she/her) wrote this book to help kids with ADHD understand that despite the challenges they face, they are wonderful, smart humans with unique strengths and abilities. When Elly was growing up, she was often daydreaming, talking too much, and worrying a lot. She didn’t understand why she felt or acted the way she did, and she felt a lot of guilt and shame.

It wasn’t until Elly was diagnosed with ADHD when she was 44 years old that so many things became clear. Elly hopes that in writing this book she can help kids with similar experiences understand and accept themselves for who they are—and discover their superpower!
