Deepa Anappara

Deepa Anappara's debut novel, Djinn Patrol on the Purple Line, won the Edgar Award for Best Novel, was longlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction, and shortlisted for the JCB Prize for Indian Literature, and Time included it in its list of "The 100 Best Mystery and Thriller Books of All Time." It has been translated into over twenty languages. Anappara is also the co-editor of Letters to a Writer of Color and is currently a lecturer in creative writing at City, University of London.
