Porter is the author of Let Them See You and the host of the Harvard Business Review podcast Race at Work. He has been recognized as one of LinkedIn’s “Top Voices” and “Next Wave, Top Professionals Under 35,” Inc.’s “30 Under 30,” Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” Crain’s New York’s “40 Under 40,” Vanity Fair’s “Future Innovators Index,” Adweek’s “"Young Influentials,” and Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year New York Winner and National Finalist.” He started his career at Goldman Sachs on the foreign exchange desk after graduating from Yale, where he was a three-year starter on the men's varsity basketball team.
