Scott Harrison

Scott Harrison is a fitness and nutrition expert, celebrity trainer, life coach, motivational speaker, black belt karate instructor, chef and founder of acclaimed fitness programme The Six Pack Revolution. Fed up with being "just another overweight parent", Scott set himself a challenge to get a six pack in 75 days. He documented his progress on Facebook and was so inundated with requests to help friends achieve the same success, he decided to create an online programme for subscribers. Scott has inspired countless people through his appearances on national TV, radio, newspapers, and podcasts, and has worked with numerous celebrities as a personal trainer, including presenters Rylan Clark and Sara Cox.
