JOY ANG has illustrated many books for children, including the New York Times–bestselling Atlas Obscura Explorer’s Guide for the World’s Most Adventurous Kid and Wings of Fire: A Guide to the Dragon World. She’s also worked in animation, having designed characters for Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time and for gaming studios such as Bioware and Supercell. Born in Canada, Joy now lives in the Seattle area of Washington.
