Kimberly Aime is a food writer, blogger, cooking instructor, and mom who specializes in healthy cooking with an emphasis on whole foods, clean eating, and local ingredients. Because of her own dairy intolerance and her husband's sensitivity to gluten, she is adept at adapting recipes for various food allergies. She teaches cooking classes on clean eating, seasonal cooking, and allergy-friendly fare. She also teaches online courses for the UW-Madison extension program on social media marketing and blogging for writers.
