Richelle Donigan has studied and taught yoga since 2003. Through her teaching and retreats, Richelle seeks to diversify the yoga community, create inclusive practice spaces, and facilitate healing and well-being for one and all.
Rachel Neumann has led retreats for groups as varied as a creativity retreat, a grieving retreat, and women's mindfulness and business retreats. Her stories have appeared in the New York Times, AlterNet, The Village Voice, and other publications.
