He has spent many of those years solely as a writer of comics, the most noteworthy being JSA: The Golden Age, Starman, and Justice League of America. The acclaimed, award-winning writer has additionally worked in Hollywood, writing the screenplay to The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, starring Sean Connery, and created the acclaimed young readers comic series Leave It to Chance.
