Previously, a rag-tag group was pulled on to the shores of Skull Island following a deadly attack at the tendrils of the Kraken. While some were able to escape, with the help of their protector Kong, they made the brave – yet foolish – decision to return and save their newfound friends. Now their ship has been stolen, they’re trapped on the island where every corner reveals a new blood-curdling creature.

The towering Kong’s efforts to protect the humans from the island’s terrifying inhabitants saw him clash with Yuugoth, whose poison corrupts all that lives on Skull Island. Now the humans must fend of hordes of frenzied monsters, in the hopes that Kong can defeat these new terrifying threats.
