Iron Man's shocking new era continues, written by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Spencer Ackerman!

After witnessing firsthand the devastation of war, Tony Stark famously divested his company from the weapons trade. Then Orchis and Feilong came along, and a furious Iron Man watched them dismantle his legacy. Now Stark Unlimited is going back to its roots as Tony publicly announces a full-scale return to weapons manufacturing! What?! Why is Iron Man meeting with rebels outside Latveria? Why is the Winter Guard after him (this time)? Why is Doctor Doom sending angry emissaries to Stark’s door? What in all hell is Tony Stark doing?!

COLLECTING: Iron Man (2024) 6-10
Spencer Ackerman is an American journalist and writer. Focusing primarily on national security, he began his career at The New Republic in 2002 before writing for Wired, The Guardian and The Daily Beast. He won a 2012 National Magazine Award for reporting on biased FBI training materials and shared in a 2014 Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of the 2013 global surveillance disclosures. His book Reign of Terror: How the 9/11 Era Destabilized America and Produced Trump was named a best nonfiction book of 2021 by The New York Times, The Washington Post and Foreign Policy. Ackerman recently made his comics debut ringing in a new era for Iron Man.

Julius Ohta is a fresh young talent from Brazil with a dynamic, energetic and emotive style.  His pages flow with an ease of motion and emotion that is deceptive in it's apparent simplicity.  The best artists have an uncanny ability to allow the reader to fall into the story through the art, and that ability is on full display here. Julius has spent the last few year workings on Carnage Reigns, Venom, and ALIEN for Marvel Comics while also contributing covers for various other projects. (from comiconart.com)
