Dan Jurgens is probably best known for creating the DC Comics hero Booster Gold and helping kill off Superman. Both writer and artist, he began his professional career on Warlord before moving on to write Booster Gold, Superman, Adventures of Superman, Zero Hour and Teen Titans for DC Comics. His credits also include extended runs on Thor and Captain America for Marvel, as well as the crossover Superman/Fantastic Four. Now in the fourth decade of his career, Jurgens continues to be one of DC’s leading creators.
