The first generation son of Turkish and Filipina immigrants raised in the heart of the Midwest, after undergrad and med school Deniz worked in medicine and political organizing abroad, then left medicine to pursue his passion for writing. He’s done work for Image Comics, Millarworld, Vault Comics, Scout Comics, and Red Cabin Comics and has been featured on The Guardian, CBR, comicbook.com, io9, and more. He’s also a regular contributor to the Eisner-nominated PanelxPanel Magazine.

Luca Maresca is an Italian comic book artist, well known for his work with Marvel Comics. His work for the House of Ideas includes Marvel's Spider-Man: The Black Cat Strikes, She-Hulk, and Monica Rambeau: Photon.
