Silvia López es una nativa de Cuba criada en Miami que trabajó como bibliotecaria infantil en escuelas y bibliotecas públicas durante más de tres décadas. Ella es también la autora de Uno Más, One More: A Latino Retelling of an Old Scottish Ballad; Selena: la reina de la música tejana; Pacho Nacho, así como de varios Little Golden Books. Silvia vive actualmente en Miami, Florida.

Mirelle Ortega es una artista y escritora mexicana residente en Los Ángeles, California. Ella es la autora e ilustradora de River of Mariposas, y Magic: Once Upon a Faraway Land, por los cuales recibió en 2023 una mención de honor del premio Pura Belpré y la medalla de bronce en el Premio Internacional del Libro Latino.

Silvia López is a Cuba native raised in Miami who has served as children's librarian at schools and public libraries for over three decades. She is also the author of Uno Más, One More: A Latino Retelling of an Old Scottish Ballad; Queen of Tejano Music: Selena; Pacho Nacho, and several Little Golden Books. Siliva currently resides in Miami.

Mirelle Ortega is an award-winning Mexican artist and writer for kidlit and animation based in Los Angeles, California. She is the author-illustrator of River of Mariposas and Magic: Once Upon a Faraway Land, for which she received a 2023 Pura Belpré Award Illustration Honor and an International Latino Book Award medal.
