A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, where she studied languages and linguistics, Laura Resnick's epic fantasy novels include The White Dragon, a Publishers Weekly "Year's Best" pick, and The Destroyer Goddess, which Publishers Weekly describes as "a marvel of storytelling." She won the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Science Fiction/Fantasy Writer.
